The Harper Lane Big Band and The Ultimate Big Band Show is a collection of musicians who develop a set list of music from the heyday of the big band era, modern-day composers and original compositions with some very appealing and exciting twists that really do merit the title The Ultimate Big Band Show.

Being a 25-piece jazz orchestra, the sound and energy that this collective creates is electric. Directed by the saxophonist ‘Daire O’Reilly and developed by Harper Lane Studios this outfit plays compositions from such legendary artists as Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Cab Calloway, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Buddy Rich, Weather Report, Charles Mingus, Louis Prima, Louis Armstrong, Alison Moyet, Michael Buble and much more.
